Pillar Point Group, LLC is a private equity investment firm formed to help profitable privately held businesses realize their full potential. Pillar Point is focused on long term investments in businesses of up to $30 million in revenue operating in the sectors of established business services or light manufacturing. Transactions can give liquidity to founders and shareholders while allowing them to retain operational leadership or work with Pillar Point to bring in a new management team. Pillar Point will also provide minority growth investments to businesses seeking to expand more rapidly or take advantage of exciting growth opportunities.
