Objectives
Pillar Point Renewables is a division of The Pillar Point Group that is actively pursuing opportunities with existing wind farms, wind related businesses, and renewable energy credit (REC) streams from renewable energy projects.

Wind Farm Asset Purchases
Pillar Point Renewables is interested in owning and operating existing or soon to be completed wind farms from 5 MW to 75 MW in size. Pillar Point will consider outright purchases or the purchase of a developer stake in an equity flip structure.

Wind Related Businesses
Pillar Point Renewables is also interested in the purchase of wind related businesses, ranging from overhaul facilities to operations and maintenance companies.

Renewable Energy Credit (REC) Purchases
Pillar Point Renewables is able to offer up-front lump sum payments or a "REC Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)" for any U.S. based renewable project in service on or after 1998. The lump sum option is a one time payment for all RECs generated in the lifetime of the project. The REC PPA is an alternative structure that allows the asset owner to sell their REC output at a predetermined price each year for the remaining life of the system.
